Why first fix matters
The wiring, planned with the building — not forced into it later
Retro-fitting electrics into a finished room means trunking run wherever it will fit, on routes nobody planned. Signature is the same work done deliberately: our electrician sets out the whole installation with the building, in matched white trunking that follows the panel lines and corners, and first-fix tests it before you finish the room.
Your electrician then simply fits the sockets, switches and lights you've chosen — no cutting, no channelling.

Signature includes the complete Core building — see everything in Core → — and adds:
That means the full insulated shell: a steel frame, powder-coated in black or white and bolted together, 100mm PIR walls and roof, and triple-glazed PVC glazing — a four-panel sliding door with multi-point locking, four fixed picture windows at 80 × 210 cm (31 × 83 in), two on each side, and a PVC personnel door.
Premium vinyl flooring, fitted
Oak-effect luxury vinyl planks with a fully waterproof rigid mineral core, integrated acoustic underlay and commercial-grade 0.55 mm wear layer — professionally fitted. Fitted after your building is installed — not on your build day — at its own scheduled visit, with the electrician attending first. Natural Oak is fitted as standard; Light Grey Oak and Smoked Oak are visualisations confirmed against a physical sample before installation. More about the Floor Finish →.

First fix, second fix — in plain English
First fix is the cables, routes and connection points, run and terminated ready for the sockets and fittings to go on. Signature includes all of it. Installed by our electrician at a scheduled visit once your building is assembled.
Second fix is the visible half: fitting and connecting the actual sockets, switches, lights and heating, then testing and certifying the finished system. With Signature, your own qualified electrician completes the second fix — or choose the Executive Package and VeltHaven completes and certifies everything.

What Signature leaves for you
Signature includes the electrical infrastructure — not the sockets, switches and light fittings. This is deliberate: it keeps every visible choice (and its cost) in your hands.
- Sockets, switches, dimmers and light fittings — the second fix, completed by your electrician or included with Executive.
- Heating & cooling unit, CAT6 data outlets, smoke and heat detectors. (All included with Executive.)
- Paint, wallpaper, feature walls and bespoke interiors — available on request; ask us after ordering.
