A garden building you design with us costs from £9,995 to £54,265, delivered and installed: a steel garage £9,995–£27,990, an insulated garage £23,950–£54,265, a garden room £22,995–£39,995. Our ready-designed garages start at £5,995, delivered and installed. The base is extra on all three buildings, and so is any electrical connection. For the base you get a guide price from your site photos, then a firm quote after our contractor’s site visit; the electrical connection is quoted from your photos. Both come before you pay your balance, never bundled into the headline price.
Across the board, two rules apply: compare the installed, all-in price, not the headline; and always budget for the base, the electrical connection and delivery, which “from” prices often leave out. VeltHaven confirms those before you pay your balance. For the base, a guide price from your site photos comes first; the firm quote after our contractor’s site visit is the figure you pay.

A ready-designed steel garage starts at £5,995 delivered and installed: a compact 3 × 5 m (10 × 16 ft) building with a manual up-and-over door. A steel garage you design yourself, with an automatic insulated sectional door, starts at £9,995 and runs to £27,990 for the largest three-door build. A fully insulated garage you can heat and use as a workshop, gym or year-round space runs £23,950–£54,265. Cheap metal sheds cost a few hundred pounds but aren’t comparable buildings. A single brick garage typically costs £22,000–£30,000 (MyBuilder, updated August 2026), with insulation and electrics listed as additions to that build cost.

Garden rooms — from £22,995 installed
A year-round, insulated, triple-glazed garden room (office, gym or studio) costs from £22,995 fully installed, up to £39,995 for the largest model in the Executive package — around £900–£1,150 per square metre for our Core package. Budget summerhouses cost less but aren’t built for winter use.
