We plan your install
After checkout, send three photos of your site — we use them to plan delivery and installation. They replace the site visit. If you choose Foundation Management, our contractor visits to give you a firm quote.
Delivered and installed
We deliver and install within 8 weeks of your full payment, including the 4–6 weeks it takes to make your building to order. Installation itself takes a steel garage usually 1–2 days, an insulated garage or garden room 1–3 days, weather permitting once your base is ready. Managed end to end by VeltHaven.

How much does a garden building cost?
Garages start at £5,995 for one of our ready designs, delivered and installed. If you design your own, steel garages start at £9,995, insulated garages at £23,950 and garden rooms at £22,995, each delivered and installed. The base is quoted separately. Do I need planning permission?
In most cases, no. A single-storey garage or garden room is usually permitted development when it sits behind the front of your house, stays within the height limits for your nation, and is set back from your boundaries. Permission is more likely if it is tall near a boundary, in a conservation area, or used as separate living accommodation. Do I need to prepare the ground or lay a base first?
Your building needs a level base — specified for your ground and how the building will be used. The base is not included in the building price: prepare it yourself, use your own contractor, or let us manage it with Foundation Management (site review, a base to our specification and a vetted contractor): a guide price from your photos, then a firm quote after our contractor's site visit. How long does it take from order to finished building?
Delivered and installed within 8 weeks of your full payment, including the 4–6 weeks it takes to make your building to order. We confirm your installation date once your deposit is paid and we have your site photos. Installation itself takes a steel garage usually 1–2 days, an insulated garage or garden room 1–3 days, weather permitting. A fresh concrete base needs to cure first — allow at least 7 days before we build on it. Your building goes up first. Our electrician then attends on a separate scheduled visit, and any climate, flooring, security or EV work is booked in after that — each on its own visit, arranged with you.
Is the price I see really the final price?
Yes, for the building. On a standard site, the price you see is the price you pay for the building, delivered and installed. The base is not included: you prepare it, use your own contractor, or we give you a guide price from your photos and a firm quote after our contractor's site visit, before you pay your balance. If your site needs extra access or groundwork, we agree that cost with you in writing before manufacture, never afterwards.
What warranty is included?
Metal garages — steel and insulated — plus garden rooms all come with our 10-year structural warranty (2 years full warranty + structural cover to year 10). This does not affect your statutory rights.
