Every photograph in the gallery below is a real insulated garage — not a render. Walls and roof are 100mm insulated panels on a steel frame, the same build you price and order online; the full panel specification is on our insulated garages page. Vehicles and contents shown are not included.
How an installation runs
Your price is fixed when you order online. After your deposit, we ask for three photos of where the building will go — they replace a site survey for delivery planning. If you choose Foundation Management, our contractor visits to give you a firm quote. Manufacture starts once your balance is paid, and that payment is your written go-ahead.
Delivered and installed within 8 weeks of your full payment, including the 4–6 weeks it takes to make your building to order. We confirm your installation date once your deposit is paid and we have your site photos.
Includes the building, mainland UK delivery, and installation on a standard site. The base is priced separately: a guide price from your photos, then a firm quote after our contractor's site visit. Your electrical connection is included with an electrical package (a paid extra) on a standard connection; otherwise it is priced from your site photos. Your base must be ready before the installers arrive; we confirm dates once your site photos have been reviewed. You can build the base yourself, use your own contractor, or have us manage it with Foundation Management (a paid extra); our base guide sets out the specification.
Electrical upgrades, security and Climate Comfort are fitted once your building is installed, each at its own scheduled visit by the relevant certified trade. The electrician (Part P) attends first — Climate Comfort and Smart Security both need Move-In Ready Electrical in place — and the F-Gas engineer and any other trade follow. Ordering them with your build is still worth doing: we schedule and manage every trade ourselves, in one price — so you are not chasing three contractors or holding three quotes, and if anything needs putting right there is one company to call.

- Your three site photos, sent after your deposit.
After handover
Handover is the day the last visit in your order is complete and every system is certified. Your warranty period begins on the day the last scheduled visit in your order is complete and your building is handed over. If you order extras after handover, that later work does not restart or extend the warranty on your building — the equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty from the date it is installed, and we pass that documentation to you.
VeltHaven 10-Year Structural Warranty (2 years full warranty + structural cover to year 10). Does not affect your statutory rights.
