Before you pay — important information

Cancellation rights. Your building is made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification.

What's included in your price. Your final price is a single, all-inclusive price. It covers your building, transport, installation and the extras you choose — Move-In Ready Electrical, Showroom Finish, Climate Comfort, Smart Security and EV Charging each include their materials and installation work as one price. Nothing is added later except non-standard site work, which we quote and agree in writing before manufacture.

Your deposit and balance. We voluntarily give you a full deposit refund at any time before you pay your balance — no questions asked. Once your balance is paid, manufacture begins and your order cannot be cancelled, except where you have a remedy under consumer law.

Installation services. Your price also includes installation services — erecting your building, the electrics, the flooring, the climate system, the security system and the EV charger. Each installation job begins only at your express request (below). Once a job is complete, it is final and its cost is retained. If you cancel a job while it is in progress, you will pay only for the work already carried out. The materials of each package remain standard goods — you can cancel them within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected], and we refund the materials portion of the package price on their return.
